Hi, I’m Hannah, a Red Seal baker who found my love for baking in 2021 after taking a step back from university to figure out what truly made me happy. What started as a job at a local bakery quickly turned into something so much more, and just two months later, I began my apprenticeship.

Over the next few years, I had the opportunity to work in different bakeries, learning, growing, and refining my skills along the way. But no matter where I was, my favourite part was always the same, sharing what I made and seeing people’s reactions after that first bite.

That feeling is what pushed me to dream bigger.

In December 2025, I brought my baking to my very first Christmas market, and from that moment on, I knew this is exactly what I’m meant to do.

Everything I make is from scratch, created with care, quality ingredients, and a whole lot of heart. For me, it’s not just about baking, it’s about creating something that brings a little bit of joy to someone’s day.
